Banana Tart
Description/Notes:
More of a pudding than a pie this banana tart is excellent with a little cream or custard.
Ingredients:
4-6 bananas, cut into thin rings juice of half a lemon one to one and a half tablespoons of sugar flaky pastry, sufficient to cover pie-dish
Cooking Instructions:
- Fill a greased pie-dish with the bananas
- Add the lemon juice and sugar
- Top with flaky pastry and bake until browned
