Banana Russe


Description/Notes:

You will find this banana russe recipe a pretty and delicious sweet.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pint jelly, any flavor
  • 3 bananas peeled and sliced
  • caster sugar
  • whipping cream to decorate
    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Place a layer of bananas in a glass dish, sprinkle with a layer of caster sugar and cover with a layer of the jelly
    2. Fill the dish with alternate layers of fruit and jelly
    3. Whip the cream with a little caster sugar and decorate
