Barbecue Corn On The Cob
Serves 4
Description/Notes:
Brighten your outdoor meal with colorful cobs of yellow corn
Ingredients:
4 corn cobs, silk and husk removed 2 oz. (50g) butter 4 tablespoons water sugar salt
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut 4 pieces of foil large enough to contain a corn cob
- Place a corn cob on each piece of foil and sprinkle with salt, a little sugar and 1 tablespoon of water
- Seal the edges of the foil firmly to form parcels
- Cook on a hot barbecue for 25-30 minutes or until tender
- Open the parcels, pour over the melted butter and serve
