Salmon Bake
Serves 4
Description/Notes:
Wonderful flaked salmon baked in a gorgeous creamy sauce
Ingredients:
8 oz. (225G) can of salmon 8 fl. oz. (225ml) tomato sauce half a teaspoon of Tabasco sauce 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 large tomato, thinly sliced 1 oz. (25g) Cheddar cheese, grated 3 tablespoons of cream salt and pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C
- Place the flaked salmon in a shallow ovenproof dish
- Mix the mayonnaise, tomato sauce, Tabasco, cream, salt and pepper together
- Pour the mixture over the salmon
- Arrange the tomato slices on top and sprinkle over the grated cheese
- Put in the pre-heated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until top is browned
