Oatmeal Pancakes
Description/Notes:
A savory version of pancakes that are delicious with bacon.
Ingredients:
1lb (450g) plain flour 6oz (175g) oatmeal half an ounce (15g) yeast mixed with a little sugar and warm milk milk
Cooking Instructions:
- Blend together the oatmeal and the flour
- Add the yeast then blend in enough milk to form a thin batter
- Cook as pancakes, then serve hot with butter and bacon
