Salmon Cole Slaw
Serves 4
Description/Notes:
Try it with fresh crusty bread, delicious
Ingredients:
17 oz. (500g) can of salmon quarter of a small cucumber, peeled and diced 3 tablespoons of salad cream lemon juice pepper and salt 1 small firm Savoy cabbage 2 hard boiled eggs 2 medium tomatoes
Cooking Instructions:
- Flake the salmon, add cucumber and salad cream
- Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt to taste
- Shred the cabbage and put in a serving dish
- Pile the fish on top and garnish with egg slices and wedges of tomato
