Dreamy Daiquiri

Serves One

Description/Notes:

Rum and fruit juice served over cracked ice. Pure bliss

Ingredients:
  • 1 generous measure of rum
  • cracked ice
  • juice of half a lemon or lime
  • 1 level tsp. sugar
  • caster sugar, for frosting glass rim
    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Pour the lime or lemon juice into a cocktail shaker then add the rum and sugar
    2. Add the cracked ice and shake well
    3. Dip the rim of a glass into fruit juice then dip in caster sugar to frost the rim
    4. Pour in the shaken daiquiri and serve
