Lamb Kebabs
Serves 1 (500 calories)
Description/Notes:
Super kebab supper for one, ideal for that quiet night at home
Ingredients:
7 oz. (200g) lamb leg steak, cut into bite sized pieces 4 pickled onions 8 button mushrooms 4 bay leaves 2 tomatoes 4 oz. (125g) carrots quarter green pepper, seeded and cut into squares one and a half ounces (40g) long-grain brown rice
Cooking Instructions:
- Thread the lamb, pickled onions, tomatoes, green pepper, bay leaves and mushrooms on to 2 kebab skewers
- Cook the carrots in boiling water and drain
- Boil the rice until tender
- Serve the kebabs with the carrots and rice
