Prawn and Melon Cocktail

Serves 4

Description/Notes:

You won't have to fish for compliments when you serve your guests this simple to prepare melon and prawn starter.

Ingredients:
  • 4 large cooked prawns
  • half a watermelon
  • 1 small honeydew melon, halved
    Cooking Instructions:
    1. Scoop both melons into balls then arrange a mixture of melon balls on a serving dish and decorate with a prawn on each portion
