Smoked salmon and pasta supreme
Serves 4
Description/Notes:
Succulent smoked salmon in a rich and creamy sauce makes this a meal for that very special occasion.
Ingredients:
4 oz. (100g) smoked salmon, thinly sliced 7 oz. (175g) cream cheese, low fat 1 tbsp. hopped parsley 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan 8 tbsps. semi-skimmed milk cooked pasta shells, to serve four people
Cooking Instructions:
- Warm the milk and the cream cheese in a saucepan over a low heat until the cheese melts
- Stir in the salmon and parmesan then continue heating gently without boiling
- Stir in the parsley
- Toss into the cooked pasta whirls and serve
