Stuffed Rolls
Serves 4
Description/Notes:
Start your day the right way with these delicious rolls
Ingredients:
4 eggs 2 oz. (50g) cheese, finely grated 4 teaspoons of tomato ketchup melted butter or corn oil 2 tablespoons of milk salt and pepper 4 baps or breakfast rolls
Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C
- Cut the top off each bap and scoop out the center
- use the scooped out bread to make a stuffing in a meat mixture
- Brush the bread shells and lids with butter or corn oil and put under the grill until lightly toasted
- Scramble the eggs and remove from heat when nearly set
- Sprinkle the inside of each roll with grated cheese then fill with scrambled egg
- Put 1 teaspoon of tomato ketchup in the center of each then replace the lids
- Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 5 minutes
