Recipe: Fresh Fruit Salad

Much more of a sweet than fruit on it’s own, delicious when served with a low fat yogurt.


  • 2 oz. (50g) stoned cherries
  • 2 oz. (50g) seedless grapes
  • 1 red apple, cored but not peeled
  • 1 green apple, cored but not peeled
  • 1 orange
  • 2 apricots
  • lemon juice
  • 5 fl. oz. unsweetened apple juice
  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cut the apples into bite sized pieces and squeeze a little lemon juice on them
    2. Add the grapes, cherries, segmented orange and diced apricots
    3. Pour the apple juice over the fruit and leave to stand for at least an hour before serving
