Recipe: Grapefruit Cups

Choose this starter and you can treat yourself to a little extra with your main meal.


  • 2 grapefruit
  • 2 glace cherries
  • low-calorie sweetener
  • Cooking Instructions:

    1. Cut the grapefruits in half then cut round each half, loosening the flesh from the outer skin
    2. Cut between the segments to loosen the flesh then remove the central core and pips
    3. Place a grapefruit half into four individual sundae glasses
    4. Sprinkle with a little sweetener and place half a glace cherry in the middle of each grapefruit
